A festival to commemorate the end of the farm season, to celebrate the bountiful harvest of the year, and let your hair down and dance! Bask in the heat of the end of summer's days, watch the sprinklers run in the foreground of the majestic sandstone, and play music with family and friends in the chill of the waning light.
In that, we must remind you that this is a mostly private event. Please be respectful of that, but know that close friends, musicians, kind souls, and anyone whom you thought we have forgotten are welcome.
This is an "all play" event, with a signup sheet, no official lineup, and open to acoustic musicians, string bands, accapella singers, native chants and prayers, poets, songwriters of all types and skill levels, and anything in between.
We never know how much time we have in life, in a particular place, a particular time, or with the people we love the most. The best we can do is to set aside some of the little time we have to share it together, celebrate life's gifts, and show our people that we love them with every song.
